In August 2009 I facilitated a photography workshop with young people from care. This was sponsored by the European Commision, Tate Britain & national children's charity Voice & had the theme & working brief 'Home from Home'.

The young people's work was exhibited at the European Commission 12 Star Gallery in Westminster & now features as a permanent exhibit at Voice in Islington.

'The photography workshop was led by professional photographer, Salli Glover (www.salliglover.moonfruit.co.uk). The workshop took place over two days and in that time Salli used a range of techniques to facilitate the exploration of the young peoples’ personal tastes, through creating an environment that allowed for reflection and experimentation. All the photographers were given disposable cameras and an introduction into the basic techniques of photography. The results are fresh and thoughtful, showing real energy and development of personal style and expertise.' gallery brochure
